Welcome to James K. Holton, Inc., a family owned and operated home contracting firm located in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania.  We offer a variety of home improvement services ranging from minor repairs to new kitchens, major home renovations and home additions.

          Jim Holton, a lifelong resident of Landenberg, PA, began his construction career in in 1976.  He founded James K. Holton, Inc. in 1991.  At that time his son Timmy was just four years old.  In 2006, after graduating from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in Carpentry and Construction Management, Timmy is following in his father's footsteps as he joined him in the field as an employee of the company.  Jim's wife, Joyce, is employed as the secretary and bookkeeper.

         Are you cramped for space?  With over thirty years experience in the construction industry we have the knowledge and expertise necessary to handle any residential building project.  Whether you need a room addition, complete home restoration or anything in between, we can do it.
