Home Additions

This house had a facelift as well as an addition added to the rear of the house.  The new porch changes the whole look of this beautiful home.

The small front porch was replaced with a wide porch that now extends the length of the home.  There is ample room to relax on the porch rockers enjoying those warm summer evenings!

A great room addition was extended out the rear of the home giving the family additional space as well as a barbecue and entertaining patio area.

This beautiful great room features a high ceiling with large windows creating a very open atmosphere. The fireplace in the center of the wall adds beauty and coziness to the room.

A beautiful, stucco finished great room was added to this house.  The room provides the desired additional space as well as a fireplace and a view of the pool beyond.  The adjacent kitchen was also completely renovated.  We updated the kitchen by installing new cabinets, solid surface countertops and new appliances.

The new great room features a high, open ceiling, true French doors with side lights and a stone fireplace.  Opposite the French doors custom-built wall cabinets and a window seat span the entire wall. Hardwood floors were installed throughout the kitchen and great room.

The back of this home was a wall of windows and had no porch.  The owners wanted to utilize that large area of wall space to create a sunroom that included a screened in area as well.   Note the combination of windows and screens above.  What a creative way to enjoy those warm summer evenings and every other season too!  The new sunroom along with the stone work below incorporates beautifully with the rest of this gorgeous home.

The owners of this home needed more living space.  We added a beautiful great room addition and extended the second level over the existing garage.  The porch was extended and a peaked roof was added, tying the whole house together.  Updating the siding and adding a new garage door created a house with a fresh new look!

In order to utilize the pool more efficiently we attached a new screened enclosure to this home.  Adding a new deck allows more fluid access between the two home entrances and the pool.  The pool and house now appear as one entity.

This new home addition above not only created more living space but allows the family the ability to enjoy their beautiful gardens from inside the new room.  The room has an earthy tile floor and a light airy feel.  With all the gorgeous windows it's almost as if you are outdoors!  Notice the warm wood tongue & groove ceiling.

The owners of this home needed more living space and wanted the house stained a darker color.  The end result is a new addition that looks as if it was part of the original house!

This addition looks so much a part of the original house it's hard to notice that it was added later.  The extra room gave the family a new living room and master bedroom with a bathroom.

The rear view of the house shows the new door that replaced the original sliding door as well as the extra side windows beside the door.  The additional second floor bedroom has a beautiful wall of windows.

The new second floor bedroom and bath.

This house had a greenhouse over the existing garage.  (Left picture above.)  We removed the greenhouse and extended the kitchen and existing family room.  On the opposite end of the house (right picture above) an additional master bedroom was added over an existing lower level room with a flat roof.  The sliding door and deck off the master bedroom allows for easy access and a nice view.  All siding was repainted once the additions were complete.  The finished product is a very aesthetically pleasing look!

Another example of a fine addition that blends beautifully with the existing house.

Not only a room but a two-car garage was added to this small house.  The new family room with a brick fireplace gave the family some much needed extra living space!

The addition above included a new family room and a finished basement with an outside entrance.  Again, the new addition looks as if it was part of the original house.

This was an addition for the new dining room with a stone fireplace on the first floor and two additional bedrooms on the second floor.  The kitchen was remodeled at the same time the addition was built.

This was a unique project.  The original garage was remodeled into a new family room.  The three-car garage was then added to the existing house.

A nice addition to a Cape Cod house.  The new room gave their growing family the extra space they needed!

A room addition was added to this ranch house.  The new siding matches the existing house siding to make the addition appear as part of the original house.

A large addition and deck on this house created new living space for the family both inside and out.  The deck and yard are easily accessible through the large French door.  The half-circle window and the yellow paint adds light and cheer to this room.

The owners of this home were in need of a garage.  We built a new two-car garage with an attached breezeway connected to the house.  The new siding on the garage blends well with the existing siding on the house.

This is a new Cape Cod home that we built.  It has a very open floor plan with a loft over the kitchen.  The photo on the right above shows the kitchen & dining area from the loft.
