The owners of this house wanted to
completely renovate the exterior of their home.
We installed new doors and windows, new
roofing and covered the entire exterior of the house with a real stone
veneer.
The finished product looks like a
completely different house!
The owners of this home wanted to dress
up this room and utilize the spaces beside the fireplace. They
envisioned custom built-in cabinets which included an entertainment center.
Their vision materialized. Custom
built-in cabinets with an entertainment center on the right side.
Notice how the new
mantle and crown moulding tie both units together beautifully.
Warm, inviting new oak hardwood flooring replaced the old flooring. The built-in
cabinets make for wiser use of the space as well as a very functional
entertainment center featuring a multi-directional TV component.
More space is what this family
needed! The family room before renovations is pictured above.
By adding a small addition to the rear
of the house and relocating the kitchen, we were able to totally
transform this house. Where the kitchen was (above left) is now
the laundry room and an office area. The new family room (above
right) includes a half wall separating the breakfast area, allowing an
openness throughout. Please see the
kitchens
page for pictures of this family's new kitchen.
The beautiful French doors along the
wall in the family room add
light and an airy feel to the entire area. The breakfast nook
provides a cozy spot for eating or curling up to read a book on the
large, cushioned window seat. The windows allow a beautiful view of the
gardens beyond.
A fireplace that is functional on both
sides! Enjoy the warmth from the family room or the breakfast
nook!
Awesome transformation!
The pictures on this page cannot
possibly do justice to the transformation of this house! The
kitchen and family living areas are very warm and inviting as well as
open and functional. The additional space and detail turned an average house into an
exceptional house!
This old school house had seen the ravages of time. It was in
desperate need of a facelift. All brick was re-pointed, new
windows and siding was installed, the roof was replaced and the porch
was restored. Inside renovations to include a second bathroom and
laundry room finished off this project. It looks great now doesn't
it?
A new bay window with a copper roof replaced the standard window in this
house. The new window adds interest and dimension to the home.
This was a solid wall when the home owner called us. We installed
this beautiful bow window. The room now has such an elegant look
and offers a beautiful view of nature.
This appealing room was not being utilized to it's fullest potential.
The homeowner asked us to create a computer work station that included
lots of storage. The result is these beautiful custom cabinets and
desk work area designed for a computer. Makes you wish you
could work from home!
The home
owners of this house wanted an entertainment and storage area in their
finished basement. We installed these custom built-in storage
units and entertainment center. These units have plenty of storage
space for all those games and toys!
This is another example of our custom built-in cabinetry in a finished
basement. The cabinets and entertainment center are a great place
to show off collectibles and store the kids games and toys at the same
time.
This home
has a gorgeous view from the back of their house. Unfortunately
the small deck they had did not allow them to enjoy the nature or
entertain guests. We
built this stunning cedar deck. The family now enjoys the
peacefulness and solitude of nature after a busy day or the fun and
excitement of entertaining on a very roomy deck.
The owner of this house wanted to make better use of the back
porch/sunroom. We installed sliding doors for easier access and
replaced the old out-dated windows with new, up to date windows.
A stately old farm house that had also seen the ravages of time. This
house had all the brick re-pointed and new windows installed.
Other maintenance repairs were done on this house to keep it in good
condition.
This Cape Cod had three dormers added to the upstairs. Not only
are the dormers an attractive addition to the house but they also add
light and aid with air circulation on the second floor.
The new porch addition along with the pretty
garden in front transforms this ranch house into a quaint little
cottage.
This was a very old house that needed major renovation before we could
add the new kitchen. The finished project was quite an improvement
for this family!
